Job Description

  • Responsible for OnMobile product & platform support across multiple customers
  • Single point of contact for all operational/technical issues
  • Would have to gain in-depth operational knowledge of OnMobile products and diagnose/fix most of the issues and complaints with minimal support from the Product team
  • Will be responsible for system deployment, Integration testing and UAT for the new product deployments
  • Should be hands on for all the day to day operational activities (Process adherence & incident reports, security updates, Backup, Reporting, Release management, Testing, CDR, reconciliation)
