Krish Seshadri

Krish Seshadri is a seasoned digital/ technology leader with over two decades operating experience leading global businesses across India, Asia-Pacific, USA and Europe. His experience spans building and scaling digital and technology products, businesses and organisations in online gaming, digital content and entertainment, social media platforms, fin-tech, online recruiting and ad-tech.

Most recently, Krish was CEO of online recruiting leader Monster.com’s APAC & Middle East operations. Previously, he was President of FundsIndia, India's leading online mutual funds platform which pioneered online investment. As General Manager of Zynga, the leading Social Gaming platform, Krish led teams that built and grew several industry leading social games. He also was Head of Growth & Partnerships for Facebook India to drive user-base in the country. Earlier in his career, he was at AOL (now part of Verizon, one of the largest telcos in the US) in a range of leadership roles running Product, Content, Marketing and Sales Operations in India and the US.

Krish is an engineering graduate from Stanford University and has an MBA from London Business School where he was a Chevening Scholar.

Sanjay Bhambri

Sanjay is responsible for the P&L of the company across the globe. In this role, he oversees Global Sales & Field Operations. Sanjay is also in charge of Marketing, Product Management, Business Intelligence, Engineering, Data Science and Global Service & Operations for the entire organization.

Sanjay re-joined OnMobile in 2012, as Regional Vice President, Emerging Markets. He played a critical role in driving growth and streamlining operations in India, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East & Africa.

Prior to re-joining OnMobile, Sanjay worked as Senior Vice President - Infrastructure Solutions at Enzen Global Solutions. In his previous stint with OnMobile, he served as Vice President Asia-Pacific and the Middle East & Africa.

Sanjay earned his degrees from Faculty of Management Studies and MS University. He holds an executive certification from Harvard Business School. He comes with over 2 decades of industry experience and excels at playing strategic roles in organisational growth within a changing global environment and across industries like Information Technology, Satellite Services, Travel, Telecom, Value Added Services and Energy Utilities. His core strengths are catalysing revenue & profitability growth, new customer acquisition, new market development and building successful global organisations.

Vice President - Europe & Americas

Ignacio Martin Velasco

Ignacio is a Senior Business Executive and Economist with over 24 years of experience in Business Management and is responsible for the P&L, Sales & Field Operations in the Americas and Europe.

Previously he has also served in other senior positions in the company as Chief Transformation Officer responsible for business transformation, revamping the organization to be more agile and identifying new streams of revenue. He has also been responsible for developing new products lines and expanding our footprint. During his stint as President and COO for the said region, he was responsible for driving the P&L and operations in addition to leading the Global Product Management for the entire organization.

He has extensive experience in Sales & Marketing, P&L management, indirect channels, retail & large accounts operations, business development and finance control, in both national and international environments (EMEA & Americas) across multiple industries.

Prior to joining OnMobile, he worked as a Commercial Director for Auna Telecomunicaciones and served as Regional Director Europe & LATAM and Global Sales Director in Zed Worldwide, and as Managing Director Spain & Portugal in Mondia Media Group GmbH.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in BA and Economics from the University of Seville, a Master in management from CERAM Ecole de Commerce, and a PDG at IESE Business School.

Sanjay Baweja

Sanjay is a Chartered Accountant and Cost and Work Accountant.

Sanjay in his last assignment was working for the Bhartiya group as group president responsible for all group strategic initiatives, exploring new tie ups and business transformation.

Currently an entrepreneur is his own right, he is also involved as a mentor and investor in a few startups in the IT security, education, Virtual cards and logistics sector, besides being on boards as an independent Director.

Prior to Bhartiya, he has worked with Suzlon, as Group Chief Financial Officer. Sanjay also worked with Flipkart, as Group Chief Financial Officer. Sanjay has extensive experience in vivid sectors for all facets of strategy, finance and Investor relations. Before Flipkart he was the Global CFO for Tata Communications (TCL) and on the Board of Tata Communications International Limited, the Holding company for Global business based in Singapore. TCL was listed on NYSE.

In his long career he has played key role in Mergers & Acquisitions across geographies. He has held leadership roles (Finance) in Xerox; Emaar MGF Land Pvt. Ltd. and Bharti Airtel Ltd.

Sanjay Baweja had been associated with OnMobile Global Limited as an Independent Director on the Board from September 8, 2015 till May 29, 2020.

Vice President – Asia & MEA

Bikram Sherawat

Bikram, one of OnMobile's first employees, started his career with Hughes Communication in 2000 as a Regional Account Manager handling some of the largest enterprise clients. He joined OnMobile in 2003. At OnMobile, he has handled a variety of roles including Key Account Manager - Idea & TATA, Director - Business Development, SAARC, ME & SEA and Senior Director for SAARC & ME. He has been responsible for setting up OnMobile's business operations in SEA & Middle East.

Bikram holds a Bachelors in Economics from Delhi University and PGDCA from Institute of Management & Technology.

Vice President – Program Management & Business Operations

Prashanth Shenoy

Prashanth is responsible for Program Management, Delivery, System Integration, Site Operations & Business Operations. He has over 2 decades of experience in the IT and Telecom industries. Prashanth has been with OnMobile since November 2011 and has served as Vice President – Customer Services, AVP - Operations Enablement and Head of Delivery & Operations - India & GSOC before taking up the mantle of Vice President – Program Management & Business Operations.

Prior to joining OnMobile, Prashanth has worked with Reliance Communications, Tata Teleservices Ltd. (TIEBU) and Hughes Escorts Communications Ltd. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree specialising in Electronics and Communications from Manipal Institute of Technology and a Masters in Marketing Management from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.

Vice President - DevOps

Varghese Joji

Joji has over 20 years of experience spanning Systems Integration, Operations & Delivery, and Technology domains. He currently heads the Technology, DevOps and Operations portfolios at OnMobile.

One of the early employees at OnMobile, he was responsible for the setup of the Systems integrations, Operations and Delivery functions in the organizations and lead the deployment and roll-out of OnMobile products across the Indian, Australian and Latin American markets. His strong analytical skills and data-driven approach enables OnMobile to design, develop and implement their solutions in line with the market requirements and meeting and exceeding the operational SLA's.

Prior to joining OnMobile, Joji worked at Sify anchoring their web hosting initiatives. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Madras University.

PT Venkatesan

PT Venkatesan (PTV) has over twenty two years of experience defining, developing and delivering successful products to the market in mobile telecommunication industry. He heads the Products and Data Science Verticals tasked with envisioning and creating a best-in-class consumer experience. He’s also responsible for the Product Roadmap, Mobile App Development and leveraging Data Science to build insights for products / consumer market.

He is passionate about developing new consumer services – and growing business around new technologies and high growth markets. He has extensive experience in managing P&L, M&A evaluation, Go To Market (GTM) and market development.

Before joining us in 2009 he has held roles in Marketing and Business Development.

Vice President - Games Subscription Business Unit

Jonatan Redvik

Jonatan is Vice President for the business unit Gaming Services within OnMobile, serving both OnMobile's customer-facing units and our worldwide partner network.

Jonatan has worked in the telecom industry for over two decades and was the founder and CEO of Appland (acquired by OnMobile in Oct 2018). He and his team signed agreements with 80 operators in 40 countries in just 3 years time. Jonatan is an entrepreneur and has provided strategic leadership in sales and marketing, research and development, product management and financial control.

Jonatan has also worked at Ericsson and was R&D manager for the world's first 3G launch with NTT DoCoMo in Japan and the world's first 4G launch with Verizon in the USA.

Jonatan graduated from Chalmers University of Technology with a Master of Science (M.Sc.) and hold two patents in the field of antenna arrays.

Kishore Sambasivam

Kishore Sambasivam has over two decades of experience across the HR function including a stint in Management Consulting. He completed his graduation from Regional Engineering College, Warangal (now called NIT Warangal) and his MBA from Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur. He joins us from the Renault Nissan (RN) Alliance wherein he was responsible for Performance Management, Rewards and Workforce Planning. Previously, he has worked in MNCs and Indian companies of repute such as IBM, Hewlett Packard, SAP, TCS and Tech Mahindra supporting various domains such as IT, ITeS, Manufacturing and Sales.

He hails from Chennai and is a firm believer in the power of Human Resources to drive competitive and a sustainable advantage. His interests include quizzing, travel and reading non-fictional books.

François-Charles Sirois

François-Charles is the President and CEO of Telesystem, a global media and technology holding company. He is also the President and Chief Executive Officer of OnMobile Systems Inc., the largest shareholder of OnMobile. François-Charles has more than 15 years of experience in corporate mergers, acquisitions and financing.

His entrepreneurship expertise and talent for developing successful joint ventures with innovative partners have enabled Telesystem to leverage the momentum in the media and technology industry. Before joining Telesystem, François-Charles founded and helmed Up2 technologies, Microcell i5 and Masq. He currently serves on the boards of Telesystem, Stingray Digital, iPerceptions, Zone3 and the Sainte-Justine UHC Foundation.

Rajiv Khaitan

Rajiv graduated with an LLB degree from the University of Calcutta. He has over 25 years of experience in general legal practice with focus on business laws and currently leads the corporate and commercial law practice of Khaitan & Co LLP – Advocates at Bangalore.

He has advised a broad range of clients including foreign and Indian corporates, investment banks, venture capital funds, private equity funds as well as start-ups. He has considerable experience in all kinds of real estate transactions and in advising several promoters and HNIs in planning investment holding structures, succession planning and assisting in estate planning, structuring of estates and drafting of trust deeds, wills, family arrangements and partitions. He has also handled various dispute resolution matters and litigation before the Supreme Court, Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad High Courts and various tribunals including Company Law Board and arbitration forums.

He is on the board of various companies in India including a Listed Company and subsidiaries of multinationals.

Nancy Cruickshank

Nancy is a serial entrepreneur and currently the Founder & CEO of MyShowcase Ltd, an innovative online and direct beauty retailer that works on building a distribution channel for leading beauty brands through a growing base of lady stylists. Ms. Cruickshank was the Launch CEO of Weve, a media & m-Commerce joint venture, leading a team that secured clearance from the European Commission for leading mobile operators in the UK. In 2008 she joined VideoJug, the market-leading How To website, as Global CEO. In May 2009 she moved to the Telegraph Media Group (TMG) as Executive Director, Digital Development where her focus was on growing TMG's digital proposition and revenue. In 2001 she launched Handbag.com, the pioneering fashion and beauty portal.

A History Honours graduate from Leeds University, Ms. Cruickshank worked for Condé Nast in marketing and advertising handling prestigious titles including Vogue and World of Interior. She actively champions women entrepreneurship and advises on the Board of SEUK and MyShowcase Ltd [London].

Sanjay Kapoor

Sanjay Kapoor, in his entrepreneurial avatar, joined the promoter group of Micromax Informatics Limited as their Chairman in June 2014. In that role he was responsible for leading the company’s board and management, building scale to an existing billion dollar business and transforming it from a ‘Device’ company to a ‘Device & Services’ company. During their next phase of growth, it was his endeavour to provide strong impetus to the brand Micromax as it pursued its aim to be the first global Indian hardware cum services brand. The market capitalisation and investor / strategic attractiveness of Micromax had significantly gone up under his leadership. During July ’2015 he stepped down from the Executive Chairmanship of Micromax to pursue a Plural Career in entrepreneurship, consulting & advisory and investing in & mentoring start-ups.

With an illustrious career spanning over 32 years, 17 of which have been in the telecommunications sector, Sanjay is an established global leader in the telecom and allied industry, Sanjay was the Chief Executive Officer for India and South Asia of India’s largest telecom company, Airtel (March 2010 till May 2013). Sanjay remains one of the key leaders in building Bharti Airtel from being one of the many players in the industry to making it as the number one telecom player in India, during his tenure with the company from July 1998 to May 2013. Sanjay's leadership extended well beyond the confines of Airtel and he elevated himself as an industry spokesperson globally. For more than 13 years he has played an active role in various industry forums like CII, COAI and NASSCOM.

He has also been a Board & Executive committee member of GSMA, (the global forum bringing together nearly 800 global mobile operators); Board member of Indus Towers (world’s largest telecom tower company with a portfolio of more than 1.5 lakh towers), Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd (India’s largest media company) and PVR Limited (India’s largest movie exposition company). Presently, Sanjay is an active member on the board of VLCC, iBus networks & Infrastructure Pvt Ltd and Tech-connect retail Pvt. Ltd. Additionally, Sanjay is a Senior Advisor with Boston Consulting Group, one of world’s leading Consulting firms. He was declared the “Telecom person of the year” at the Voice and Data Telecom Leadership Awards 2012.

Prior to joining the Bharti Group, Sanjay worked with Xerox India as Director-Operations Support. He spent 14 years with the global Document management company, handling a range of key portfolios, ranging from Sales & Marketing to General management functions. He began his professional career as an Executive Trainee with Jay Engineering Works Ltd., the manufacturers of Usha fans and sewing machines, in 1983.

Sanjay holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Hons.) from Delhi University, an MBA from Cranfield School of Management (UK) and is a Graduate of The Wharton Advanced Management Program.

Gianluca D'Agostino

Gianluca D'Agostino is a passionate Angel investor in startups and is committed to the success of two companies where he’s serving on the Board of Directors, Bango Plc (listed at AIM London) and Coolgames BV in Amsterdam. His main areas of focus have been on e-commerce and technologies for e-commerce (B2C or B2B/SAAS).

Besides, he is Senior Advisor for the company he founded back in 2007 in Rome - Neomobile SPA - now owned by two UK Private Equity funds: Coller Capital and Blue Gem. Before founding Neomobile in 2007, he has been one of the Italian key consultants in the mobile telco industry, focused on entertainment, content and payment, advising public companies such as Wind, TIM, Teleunit and Lucent Technologies, as well as the Italian Government.

From 2001 to 2003 he was Managing Director Italy at Freever, one of the first mobile service provider in Europe, a pioneer in chats and social networks. In the 90s, his career began and continued developing within corporations such as Telecom Italia, TIM and KPMG with growing managerial and executive roles. It was during that period he had the opportunity to work and contribute to the strategic development of TIM through the golden age of mobile telephony in Italy and the dawn of mobile value-added services.

Mr. D'Agostino is an evangelist in MobileTech, often invited for lectures and speeches in events worldwide, including the Mobile World Congress, MEM and MMA, Media Momentum, DLD Tel Aviv, 4YFN, Noah Conference, Capacity Europe and several others. He’s also a member of prestigious business networks: Founders Forum, Italian Angels for Growth, Future Fifty Alumni and Prabodhan, the UK-India leader’s conclave.

He is a chartered Electronics Engineer with a Master’s Degree from La Sapienza University in Rome. He joins the Board of OnMobile with 25 years of international experience, actively involved in the Telecommunications sector and in the wider Tech world as Manager first, then as Entrepreneur and Investor.

Steven Fred Roberts

Steven Fred Roberts, Global Vice President of Competitive Gaming, is responsible for designing and executing a strategy around the dynamic industry of esports for the PlayStation platform and its 100 mm plus homes. Most recently, Roberts was Chairman of ESL NA, the largest esports company in the world. He largely focused on strategic partnerships, media distribution, production and overall mentorship of the executive team.

Prior roles were as Senior Vice President for DIRECTV, Inc. In this position, Steven was responsible for developing and executing strategies designed to integrate the traditional DIRECTV entertainment experience on the set-top-box with emerging digital technologies. This included the delivery of content via the Internet on other platforms such as the PC, mobile, and portable devices inside and outside the home. Roberts directed DIRECTV’s TV Everywhere initiative internally, managing all details of implementation, including, setting strategy and negotiating rights with programmers. He was also responsible for the DIRECTV 3D initiative, DIRECTV’s overall sports strategy and other programming and advertising initiatives.

Roberts’s previous role at DIRECTV was as Vice President, Strategic Initiatives, DIRECTV Entertainment. In this role, he spearheaded the development and launch of several new businesses, including the production of original content for DIRECTV’s Audience Network and the creation of a joint venture between News Corp.’s BSKYB (UK) and STAR (Asia) focused on the first global esports League called the Championship Gaming Series.

Roberts was also responsible for the development of DIRECTV’s initial IPTV strategy and its initiative to deliver video content via broadband for the DIRECTV On Demand service, which launched in 2007. He also oversaw the successful launch of Game Lounge, a 24x7 interactive games channel, and developed and managed the successful execution of the first ever OTT distributed service for a major league with NFL SUNDAY TICKET on PlayStation.

Roberts joined DIRECTV in 2005 from Sportsvision, a FOX backed company, where he served as executive vice president. During his time at Sportsvision, Roberts brought the ubiquitous “yellow line” to every televised football game, and also expanded the product line to include broadcast enhancements for FOX Sports, NBC, ESPN and Turner.
