François-Charles Sirois

François-Charles Sirois is a visionary leader with nearly three decades of experience in corporate mergers, acquisitions, and venture capital. His entrepreneurial journey began with founding e-commerce and mobile payment services start-ups, highlighting his innovative spirit. He also serves as the President and CEO of Telesystem, where he has effectively leveraged his expertise to drive growth in the media and technology sector, as Chairman of Zone 3, a significant content creator in Canada and co-founder of Stingray Group.

Known affectionately as FC, François-Charles currently serves on the boards of Telesystem, Stingray Group, NorthStar Earth & Space, Zone3, and many others.

Radhika Venugopal

Radhika is a results-driven, strategic professional with nearly twenty years of experience in global finance across diverse domains. As a qualified Chartered Accountant, she possesses expertise in Financial Planning Analysis & Reporting, Controllership, Statutory Reporting, Deal structuring and pricing, Contracting & Negotiations, Treasury, Mergers & Acquisitions, Investor Relations, Statutory Compliances, Taxation & transfer pricing, Procurement and Administration.

Skilled in devising solutions to enhance business operations and streamline workflows, Radhika has been an integral part of OnMobile Global Limited for over a decade. She has progressed through various key roles throughout her tenure, contributing significantly to the company's growth and transformative phases.

Before joining OnMobile, she held positions at Vodafone and IFB Industries Ltd.

Venkatesan Palani

PT Venkatesan (PTV) is a dynamic leader with over twenty-five years of experience defining, developing, and delivering successful products within the mobile telecommunication and gaming industry. Heading the Products, Data Science, and Digital Marketing verticals, he plays a pivotal role in envisioning and creating a best-in-class consumer experience. PTV leads Product Roadmaps and Mobile App Development, utilizes Data Science to generate insights for products and consumer markets and oversees Technical Account Management and Digital Marketing globally.

Passionate about developing new consumer services and growing business around new technologies and high-growth markets, PTV brings extensive experience in managing P&L, evaluating M&A opportunities, executing Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, and driving market development.

Prior to joining OnMobile in 2009, he held Marketing and Business Development roles.

Sreejith Chandrasekharan

Sreejith is a seasoned IT professional with over two decades of experience in building high-performing engineering organizations. His expertise spans Cloud Computing, Distributed and Scalable Systems, Security Compliance, Mobile Applications, Telecom Applications, Media Streaming, and Automation. He has a proven track record of setting up engineering and operation functions from scratch for a few organizations.

Before joining OnMobile in 2021, he co-founded start-ups in the fields of EdTech and Health Tech.

Ignacio Martin Velasco

Ignacio is a seasoned business executive and economist with over twenty-five years of extensive international experience in business management and development across various industries, including telecommunications, digital entertainment, technology, gaming, and retail. His expertise encompasses overseeing global operations, managing P&L, developing sales and marketing strategies, and successfully executing digital transformation initiatives.

Currently, he is responsible for the company's P&L and overall business operations in the Americas and Europe.

Before joining OnMobile, Ignacio held positions such as Commercial Director at Auna Telecomunicaciones, Regional Director for Europe & LATAM and Global Sales Director at Zed Worldwide and Managing Director for Spain & Portugal at Mondia Group.

Ignacio holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Seville, a Master's in Management from CERAM Ecole de Commerce, and completed a PDG or Program for General Management at IESE Business School. Additionally, he holds a certificate in Digital Strategy from Harvard Business School.

Rahul Raina

Rahul is a strategic and inspirational leader with over 15 years of invaluable experience demonstrating expertise in building and scaling products across mobile gaming, music, contests and sports.

His journey with us commenced as a Management Trainee, from which he ascended to his current leadership position. Presently, Rahul is at the helm of steering ONMO—OnMobile's cloud gaming venture—from its nascent stages to resounding success. With a global team spanning India, Spain, Canada, Sweden, and Vietnam, he orchestrates the product's evolution from conceptualization to widespread adoption.

In his earlier roles, Rahul successfully led the digital transformation of OnMobile's Music products and was also responsible for driving multifold growth in P&Ls during his stints across India, Spain, Bangladesh and the Rest of Asia.

Rahul holds a degree in Economics coupled with a Master's in Business Management, equipping him with a strong foundation in strategic planning and operational excellence.

Sanjay Kapoor

Sanjay Kapoor, in his entrepreneurial avatar, joined the promoter group of Micromax Informatics Limited as their Chairman in June 2014. In that role he was responsible for leading the company’s board and management, building scale to an existing billion dollar business and transforming it from a ‘Device’ company to a ‘Device & Services’ company. During their next phase of growth, it was his endeavour to provide strong impetus to the brand Micromax as it pursued its aim to be the first global Indian hardware cum services brand. The market capitalisation and investor / strategic attractiveness of Micromax had significantly gone up under his leadership. During July ’2015 he stepped down from the Executive Chairmanship of Micromax to pursue a Plural Career in entrepreneurship, consulting & advisory and investing in & mentoring start-ups.

With an illustrious career spanning over 32 years, 17 of which have been in the telecommunications sector, Sanjay is an established global leader in the telecom and allied industry, Sanjay was the Chief Executive Officer for India and South Asia of India’s largest telecom company, Airtel (March 2010 till May 2013). Sanjay remains one of the key leaders in building Bharti Airtel from being one of the many players in the industry to making it as the number one telecom player in India, during his tenure with the company from July 1998 to May 2013. Sanjay's leadership extended well beyond the confines of Airtel and he elevated himself as an industry spokesperson globally. For more than 13 years he has played an active role in various industry forums like CII, COAI and NASSCOM.

He has also been a Board & Executive committee member of GSMA, (the global forum bringing together nearly 800 global mobile operators); Board member of Indus Towers (world’s largest telecom tower company with a portfolio of more than 1.5 lakh towers), Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd (India’s largest media company) and PVR Limited (India’s largest movie exposition company). Presently, Sanjay is an active member on the board of VLCC, iBus networks & Infrastructure Pvt Ltd and Tech-connect retail Pvt. Ltd. Additionally, Sanjay is a Senior Advisor with Boston Consulting Group, one of world’s leading Consulting firms. He was declared the “Telecom person of the year” at the Voice and Data Telecom Leadership Awards 2012.

Prior to joining the Bharti Group, Sanjay worked with Xerox India as Director-Operations Support. He spent 14 years with the global Document management company, handling a range of key portfolios, ranging from Sales & Marketing to General management functions. He began his professional career as an Executive Trainee with Jay Engineering Works Ltd., the manufacturers of Usha fans and sewing machines, in 1983.

Sanjay holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Hons.) from Delhi University, an MBA from Cranfield School of Management (UK) and is a Graduate of The Wharton Advanced Management Program.

Geeta Mathur

Ms. Geeta Mathur started her career with ICICI Bank, where she worked for over 10 years and represented ICICI Bank as nominee Director of ICICI on the Board of Eicher Motors, SIEL Ltd. and Rollaitainers Ltd. She also has served in various capacities in the large organizations like IBM, DCM Group, Emaar MGF. She transitioned to development sector and worked as CFO of Helpage India, one of the largest and oldest national level NPO, working for cause of elderly. She successfully transitioned to an oracle ERP package and introduced effective processes for cashflow management, budgeting etc. and was awarded for best presented and transparency in accounts during her tenure. At present she is associated with IPE Global, an international development consulting group providing technical assistance and solutions for equitable development and sustainable growth in developing countries, where she is engaged with them as a financial expert in project with CIFF and Government of Rajasthan in area of Women and Child nutrition and development. She also serves on advisory board of Saajha, a non-profit enabling greater parental engagement in Governmental schools to improve learning of children.

Ms. Mathur is a Chartered Accountant and has done Graduation from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University. She has wide experience in finance with over 25 years of experience in banking, large corporate treasuries, investor relations and development sector and specializes in the area of project, corporate and structured finance, treasury, investor relations and strategic planning.

Paul Lamontagne

Paul Lamontagne is a business builder and global connector who brings tremendous passion to making an impact on the world. With deep experience in banking, private equity, venture capital and impact investing, Paul Lamontagne has a history of uncovering hidden gems.

Paul Lamontagne is the former CEO of FinDev Canada, Canada’s Development Finance Institution (DFI), whose mandate is to provide financial services to the private sector in developing countries. His sense of service compelled him back to Canada in 2017 to launch FinDev Canada, a start-up Crown corporation. Paul Lamontagne disrupted the traditional development banking model by creating a DFI for the future and won acclaim as an innovator for his achievements. He is an ardent feminist and was instrumental in the launch of the 2X Challenge: Financing for Women at the G7 Summit in 2018.

Paul Lamontagne currently serves as Chairperson of the YPO Trans-Canada board, a regional chapter of YPO, a global business network of over 30,000 CEOs. He is an Advisor to a FemTech venture investing in late-stage health technology companies, and a Leadership Coach to women executives and entrepreneurs.

Previously, Paul Lamontagne was Executive Investment Partner at Capafrica, a Canadian private equity group that invests in renewable energy and telecommunications in Africa where he led the structuring of complex transactions. As Head, Middle East & Africa at CIBC, he originated hundreds of millions of dollars in trade, capital markets and correspondent banking flows. As Founder Chairperson & CEO of Enablis Financial Corporation, a licensed Fund Manager in South Africa, he pioneered a new model for investing in SMEs and oversaw over 150 transactions.

Earlier, Paul Lamontagne’s career spanned executive roles in telecommunications at Look TV, Telesystem, and Teleglobe Canada, as well as in banking at affiliates of Barclays, UBS, and the National Bank of Canada. He also served on the board of directors of numerous companies and not-for-profit entities.

Paul Lamontagne received his BA from McGill University and his MBA from France’s Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris.

Ajai Puri

Ajai Puri is an accomplished Telecom, Media and FMCG executive with over four decades of experience starting, building, growing and transforming businesses and creating shareholder value in South Asia.

Having dedicated 17 years to Bharti Airtel Limited [NSE: BHARTIARTL], Ajay retired as the Chief Operating Officer (COO), India & South Asia in December 2021. Throughout his tenure, he spearheaded various businesses, driving strategic change, operational efficiency, and commercial excellence, yielding substantial long-term growth in market share and profitability. With over 12 years as the longest-serving member of the Airtel Management Board, Ajai is recognized for his pivotal role in transforming Airtel's market capabilities. As India Operations Director / COO, he played a monumental part in the telco's achievement of its highest-ever revenue market share of 37%. He substantially expanded Airtel's wireline broadband business, nearly doubling its consumer base. He also guided the launch of Airtel's mobile banking operations and music and video streaming apps, enhancing consumer offerings beyond mere connectivity. He was the Director and CEO of Airtel’s DTH Business (2009-2011). Under his guidance, despite entering the market as the fifth operator to introduce digital TV services in India, Airtel swiftly ascended to a market share exceeding 24% within two years of its launch.

He also served as the Chairman of Cellular Operators Association India (COAI) from 2020 to 22, an Indian non-government industry association and advocacy group focused mainly on the telecom and digital industries.

Prior to joining Bharti Airtel, he served as the Business Head & CEO at Cargill Foods India. In his 4-year tenure at Cargill, he conceptualized and launched a brand for the staple food category. Today, Cargill’s food business is huge in India with ~ $2bn revenue and it is India's 2nd largest edible oil brand.

Ajai began his career with VST India Ltd [NSE: VSTIND], an associate company of British American Tobacco (UK) [NYSE: BTI], where, in his last assignment, he led sales operations in India and the Middle East, became the youngest functional leader and was on the management board of VST.

Ajai is currently engaged with a few start-ups, advising and guiding entrepreneurs and emerging businesses and is a partner with SVP, India. He is passionate about reading and current affairs, with a keen interest in cricket and badminton. He resides with his family in Gurgaon, India, and spends much of his time travelling.

Shimi Shah

Shimi has significantly impacted the global investing and venture capital landscape for over two decades. With a portfolio boasting over 50 successful investments in early and expansion-stage transactions, she has delivered superior returns for investors across Europe, the US, and the Middle East.

As the Executive Chairperson of Carousel Solutions Group Ltd, Shimi focuses on designing and building high-performance company boards for private equity, sovereign wealth funds, family offices and corporates globally. Over the past decade, she has spearheaded the implementation of over 30 boards, ensuring above-market qualitative and quantitative returns for shareholders. Her firm also conducts annual board audits and collaborates with SMEs on scale-up and growth strategies.

In 2020, Shimi launched NEDx, a venture offering board solutions and coaching. This initiative introduces innovative coaching methods to enhance board directors' effectiveness and implements processes for high-performance board development. Unique assessment tools enable stakeholders to measure board impact and ROI quantitatively and qualitatively.

Shimi's influence extends beyond her ventures through her roles as an active independent director and advisory board member. Notably, she chairs the Remuneration Committee for The Royal Mint in the UK, a 1,100-year-old world’s largest domestic and export mint. She was appointed Chairperson of Miratech, an IT services company, Chair of the leadership board at HaysMacintyre in the UK, and Independent Chair at Mauritius-based Impact Holdings. She has served in various advisory roles in various prestigious institutions and funds.

Committed to social impact, Shimi is involved in initiatives like the Pay It Forward Foundation and the establishment of the KawiSafi Ventures Fund. These efforts have empowered millions globally, aligning with her belief in the transformative potential of impact investing. Previously, Shimi managed substantial funds focussing on women in the GCC region at FORSA LLC.

She began her career in private equity and venture capital at 3i plc, investing in over 25 businesses, many of which achieved successful exits. Before that, she founded an international jewellery distribution business and worked in project finance at Citigroup.

Shimi holds a Master's degree in Management from Queens' College, Cambridge, and a 1st Class Hons degree in Management and Economics from King's College, London. She is an active member of the Young President's Organization (YPO). Shimi is of Indian origin, having been born and raised in Kenya.

Frédéric Lavoie

Frédéric Lavoie is a seasoned executive with a background that includes digital content distribution, e-commerce and gaming. He currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Flaviar, the world's largest B2C and B2B2C e-commerce platform for wine and spirits. Mr. Lavoie has 20 years of experience in mergers, acquisitions and financings.

Before joining Flaviar, Mr. Lavoie built a successful career as President of Telesystem Media, an integrated media holding developing and distributing digital music and television programming. He also served as CEO of Modelcom, Canada's top boutique financial advisory firm.

Mr. Lavoie is actively involved as an advisor and mentor to start-ups and entrepreneurs as part of the Techstars Accelerator Program. He is also a volunteer for the American Heart Association and UCLA Cardiovascular Research Lab.

Mr. Lavoie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Université Laval. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
